MyVanga is a community-governed digital ecosystem operated by Aarush Commerce LLC, a company registered in the United States. The MyVanga app and website at myvanga.com are products of Aarush Commerce LLC.
When this policy refers to "MyVanga," "we," "us," or "our," it means Aarush Commerce LLC and the MyVanga platform. When it refers to "you" or "your," it means you — the person using the app or website.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the MyVanga mobile application or visit myvanga.com. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. If you are using MyVanga from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
What data we collect
We collect only what we need to operate MyVanga and provide you with a safe, functional experience. We do not collect data speculatively or for advertising purposes.

We do not collect: precise location data, contacts from your phone, payment card details, photos or camera access, microphone or audio data, or any information from other apps on your device.
Why we collect it
Every piece of data we collect serves a specific purpose. We do not collect data because it might be useful someday — we collect it because it is necessary to operate MyVanga honestly and securely.

Advertising — purpose and limits. MyVanga may display advertising to meet essential server and operating costs until the network becomes self-sufficient through community activity. However, we do not build advertising profiles based on your personal data, sell your data to advertisers, or share your personal information with third-party advertising networks. Any ads shown are not targeted based on your identity, browsing history, or behaviour outside the MyVanga platform. Your data exists to make MyVanga work for you — not to be traded.
How we store and protect it
Your data is stored on MyVanga's own servers, operated and maintained directly by Aarush Commerce LLC. We do not use third-party cloud infrastructure providers to host your personal data.
We protect your data using industry-standard security measures including:
Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security).
Encryption at rest: Sensitive data — including passwords and KYC documents — is encrypted when stored on our servers. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
Access controls: Access to personal data is restricted to MyVanga team members who need it to perform their role. Access is logged and reviewed.
Security monitoring: We monitor our systems for unusual activity and maintain procedures to detect and respond to potential data breaches.
No system is completely immune to security risks. While we work diligently to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
How long we keep your data: We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (for example, for tax or compliance purposes, which may require retention for up to 7 years).
Your rights
You have real rights over your data. These are not formalities — they are commitments we take seriously. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
We will respond to all data rights requests within 30 days. In complex cases, we may extend this to 60 days and will notify you if an extension is needed.
Account and data deletion
You have the right to delete your MyVanga account and the personal data associated with it. We are committed to honouring this right.
How to request deletion: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. Include your full name and registered phone number so we can verify your identity before processing the request.
What happens when you delete your account:
Your personal data — including your name, email address, phone number, and device information — will be permanently deleted or anonymised within 30 days of your verified request.
Your mining history, referral records, and $MYVA token balance will be permanently removed from your account. Please note that because $MYVA balances exist within the MyVanga ecosystem, deletion of your account means forfeiture of any unclaimed or unlocked token balance. We strongly recommend locking or using your balance before requesting deletion.
Certain records may be retained for a longer period where required by law — for example, transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and compliance purposes. Where data is retained for legal reasons, it will not be used for any other purpose.
In-app deletion: We are currently building a self-service account deletion feature within the app. Until that feature is available, all deletion requests must be submitted by email to [email protected]. We will notify all users when in-app deletion becomes available.
Children and age requirements
MyVanga is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly delete their account and all associated data.
If you believe a person under 18 has created a MyVanga account, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will take swift action.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, when we introduce new features, add third-party service providers, or when applicable laws change.
How we will notify you: If we make material changes to this policy — meaning changes that affect how we use your data or reduce your rights — we will notify you by email at the address registered to your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. We will also display a prominent notice within the app.
For minor, non-material changes (such as clarifying language or fixing typos), we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page without sending a separate notification.
Your continued use of MyVanga after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request account deletion before the changes take effect.
We will never make changes to this policy that reduce your rights without giving you advance notice and the opportunity to act. That is a commitment, not a formality.
